A heavyweight 240 GSM combed cotton tee that keeps its shape, its colour and its promise, wash after wash.
The 240 Tee is the shirt we would wear ourselves, and do. It cuts a heavier, denser silhouette than the thin blanks flooding the market, holds a crisp print edge, and survives the wash cycle that retires lesser tees. If your brand sells shirts people actually keep, start here.
In 2019 we watched good brands lose customers to bad basics. A tee would look beautiful in the pack, then twist, shrink and fade within a month, and the customer blamed the brand, not the factory. Adélaïde decided the house needed a blank that behaved like our client work: honest cloth, honest construction, honest weight. Her team pulled apart eleven imported blanks and listed every failure: narrow fabric bought on price, shoulder seams without tape, hems stitched light and loose, necklines that stretched into the shape of a smile. The 240 Tee answers each failure with a specific decision, and that is why it has become our bestselling style, reordered by brands on four continents.
We knit the cloth ourselves on our own circular machines from compact spun, combed, ringspun cotton, then wash it before cutting. Compact spinning matters more than any marketing word: it aligns the fibres so the yarn is smoother and stronger, which is why the surface prints cleanly and pills far less. At 240 grams per square metre the shirt has real body; it drapes instead of clinging, and the collar stands on its own. Every roll is inspected under the four point system before it may enter the cutting room, and our lab tests each dye lot for shrinkage, twist and colourfastness before a single panel is cut.
The block is a modern regular: slightly boxy through the body, a shoulder that sits where a shoulder should, and a sleeve that ends mid bicep without riding up. Adélaïde refined the pattern through eleven fittings on real bodies between XS and 3XL, because a tee graded by mathematics alone never fits humans. The neckline is a 1x1 ribbed collar with a taped back neck, so it lies flat and refuses to sag. Length is tuned so the shirt tucks cleanly or hangs straight at the hip.
Panels are cut with automatic spreaders so every ply carries the same tension, then sewn on lean lines by operators who average more than eight years at their machines. Shoulders are taped to stop stretch, hems are double needle stitched for a flat, durable finish, and side seams are matched so stripes stay stripes. Every fifth piece is measured against the tolerance sheet at the line, and the final AQL 2.5 inspection happens under light booths before anything is folded into your cartons.
This is a blank built for decoration. The compact surface takes screen print with a sharp edge, holds fine embroidery detail, and carries puff and discharge inks without complaint. Our in house printing and embroidery bays can apply your artwork, labels, hangtags and packaging, or we ship blanks ready for your own decorator. Woven neck labels start at 500 pieces; full custom packaging programs start at 1,000.
Every production lot is tested for shrinkage after three washes, spiral twist, colourfastness to washing and rubbing, and seam slippage. Results are attached to your inspection report, unedited. If a number falls outside our own stricter limits, the lot does not ship, and you receive the report that says so.
Good basics are a collection of small decisions you stop noticing until they are missing. The 240 Tee carries a folded shoulder tape that you will never see but will feel as a collar that never waves. The sleeve hem is turned twice before it is stitched, so the edge rolls inward instead of outward after washing. The side seams are matched at the hem so the shirt hangs straight from the hanger. Even the care label is printed soft and placed low, so it never scratches a neck. None of this shows in a product photo. All of it shows in month six.
We design for the third year, not the third wear. Wash cold with like colours, tumble low or hang dry, and the 240 Tee will hold its fit and its colour far past the season it was bought in. Preshrunk cloth and a tested pattern mean the shirt your customer measures on day one is the shirt they measure a year later. Fewer returns, fewer replacements, more trust in your label. That is the quiet business case for a heavier, better basic.
Your order is cut, sewn, inspected and packed inside our own walls, then consolidated at our Bandung warehouse and booked to your door by sea, air or express courier. You receive a photo report at the cut table, at first output and at halfway, so you approve progress without boarding a plane. Cartons are labelled to your planogram if you send one, and reorders of an approved style move through the floor faster because the patterns, the BOM and the costing are already on file.
Grading is where most blanks quietly fail, so we treat it as design work. Every size from XS to 3XL is graded on real bodies, not by scaling a single sample up and down in software. Shoulders drop by millimetres that keep the sleeve from swallowing a small frame, body length steps so a 3XL does not become a dress, and sleeve openings widen so arms are never squeezed. The result is one tee that fits your whole customer list, which means simpler buying for you and fewer size returns for everyone.
Minimums start at 300 pieces per colour, mixed sizes at no extra cost. Sampling takes 7 to 10 working days; bulk runs 30 to 45 days after sample approval. Use the order button above and a product manager answers within one working day with costing, a sample plan and a date you can plan a launch around.

Our flagship 400 GSM brushed fleece hoodie, dense, soft and built like outerwear for the cold season.
The 400 Hoodie is the piece your customers will argue over keeping. At 400 grams per square metre with a brushed interior, it wears like a jacket, softens like a favourite, and holds embroidery the way heavy fleece should. This is the hoodie that turns a merch drop into a collection.
William set the brief in one sentence: build the hoodie he would have wanted to sell in his retail years, at a price a growing brand can carry. The market offered two extremes, thin fashion fleece that flattened after one wash, and imported workwear at triple the cost. Our team spent a season tuning the knit, the brushing and the wash until the cloth felt dense in the hand but broke in like an old friend. The first run sold out to a single client; the style has been on our floor, in one colourway or another, ever since.
We knit a cotton rich fleece at 400 GSM, brushed on the inside for loft and warmth, then washed to relax the hand and preshrink the cloth. The recycled polyester in the blend adds strength, shape retention and a lower footprint without stealing the cotton feel. Dense fleece like this drinks ink for heavy prints and grips embroidery threads so crowns stay proud. Like every cloth in the house, it passes the four point inspection at the door and the lab bench before cutting.
Cut from a relaxed block with a slightly dropped shoulder and a body that skims rather than slouches. The hood is a true two panel construction with a lined interior, so it holds its shape instead of collapsing. Ribbing at the cuffs and hem is heavy and elastic, tuned to grip for years. Adélaïde lengthened the body by two centimetres from our first prototype after one fitting; that small stubbornness is why the hoodie sits right under a coat or over a tee.
Panels are cut on automatic spreaders, the pocket is bar tacked at both corners, the zipper free front is finished with a clean placket, and the hood is attached with a flatlock that disappears under the back yoke. Flat drawcords run through brass friendly eyelets. Operators on our fleece lines average nearly a decade of experience; you can feel it in the evenness of the seams.
This is our most decorated style: embroidered chest crests, oversized back prints, chenille and leather patches, puff graphics across the hood. Our finishing bays add woven labels, embroidered initials inside the neck, and retail ready packaging with tissue and sticker. Private label programs from 300 pieces make this hoodie the anchor of many labels we serve.
Lots are tested for shrinkage after three washes, pilling resistance, colourfastness to washing, rubbing and light, and lint release from the brushed face. Fleece lives or dies by pilling, so our internal limit is stricter than the market standard. Your report arrives with the shipment, numbers unedited.
Fleece weight is the single biggest driver of how a hoodie feels and how long it lives. Under 300 GSM you are buying a sweatshirt that leans casual and thins with age. At 400 GSM the cloth has structure: it holds a silhouette on the body, takes heavy embroidery without puckering, and traps warmth the way a jacket lining does. The trade is cost per piece and care in knitting, and we accept both, because a hoodie that earns daily wear is the cheapest marketing a brand ever buys. Wear one of ours for a week and the difference stops being a number.
The hood is two panels, not one folded into a shape, so it crowns instead of collapsing. The pocket bag is cut on the grain so it never sags into a pouch. Cuff ribbing is knitted to our own tolerance and bar tacked where the thumb finds it. Drawcords are flat, tipped, and knotted by hand so they cannot retreat into the eyelet. Inside the neck you will find a clean taped back, ready for your woven label. None of these details photograph. Every one of them is why the hoodie still looks like itself in year three.
Heavy fleece asks for small kindnesses: wash inside out, warm not hot, and skip the overdrying that ages any cotton blend. Our lab runs every lot through three wash cycles before it is approved, measuring shrinkage, pilling and twist, so the hoodie that leaves Bandung has already lived its worst laundry day. Your customers get the stable version. Fewer complaints, fewer exchanges, and a product that photographs the same in month twelve as it did on launch day.
The 400 Hoodie was designed as a repeatable program, not a one season gamble. Once your colourways are approved we hold the pattern, the knitting spec and the costing on file, so a restock is a conversation, not a project. Returning partners reserve capacity ahead of peak season, and our sample room turns revised colourways quickly because the block never changes. Brands build their coldest month around this hoodie. We build the hoodie so they can.
Your customers learn your colours, so we treat shade as a specification. Stock colours are matched to the same reference every dye lot, under controlled light, and we hold lab dips on file so a restock in month eighteen matches the launch run. Custom colours start from 600 pieces with a lab dip and a strike off before bulk is scheduled. Dye lots that drift beyond our tolerance do not ship, whatever the calendar says. Consistency is invisible when it is right and unforgettable when it is wrong, so we choose invisible.

A washed linen viscose midi with quiet drape, deep pockets and a cut that flatters without trying.
A midi dress for brands that sell calm. The washed linen viscose drapes instead of creasing into a stereotype, the bodice is lined and honest, the pockets are real, and the waist tie lets one dress serve many bodies. Summer programs, resort capsules and slow fashion labels all live in this piece.
Linen earns romantic copy and delivers wrinkled disappointment when it is woven cheap. Adélaïde grew tired of watching beautiful linen dresses die in changing rooms because the cloth crackled like paper. Her answer blends the breath and texture of linen with the drape and give of viscose, then washes the cloth twice at the mill. The result keeps the soul of linen, the slubs, the matte light, the coolness, while behaving on real bodies all day. It took nine fabric trials to get right; we kept the ninth.
145 grams per square metre of washed linen viscose, woven on narrow looms and finished without harsh chemicals for a soft, matte hand. The viscose is sourced from certified producers; the linen comes from a mill we have worked with for over a decade. Cloth this honest needs kind handling: we cut with relaxed tension and rest panels overnight before sewing so the drape you approve in the sample is the drape your customer wears.
A lined bodice with gentle shaping, a waist seam that sits at the natural waist, and a skirt that falls to mid calf with enough sweep to move. The tie belt adjusts the silhouette without a single dart of stress. Our fit model panel ranges from XS to XL and the graded pattern keeps the armhole clean and the stride easy at every size. Pockets sit on the side seams, deep enough to be used, placed so they do not pull the drape.
Woven garments are a different craft from knits, and ours are sewn on dedicated wovens lines by operators who specialize in them. Seams are French finished where the cloth asks for it, the hem is a narrow machine hem you cannot feel from the outside, and the bodice is fully lined for opacity. Each dress is pressed with steam by hand before it is folded, the last human touch before the carton.
The style takes prints beautifully: our digital printing partners handle placement and engineered prints from your artwork, and our sampling room can adjust sleeve, length or neckline to make the dress unmistakably yours. Woven labels, care labels and hangtags are applied in house; recycled and FSC packaging is available for the program.
Lots are tested for shrinkage after three washes, colourfastness to washing, rubbing, perspiration and light, seam slippage at the waist and side seams, and pilling. The cloth is also checked for opacity under bright light, because a lined dress must stay honest in summer sun. Reports ship with the goods, unedited.
The bodice lining is cut on the bias so it moves with the cloth instead of fighting it, and the inside of the waist seam is clean finished, which matters to anyone who tries the dress on barefoot at home. The tie belt is cut on the cross so it rolls into a soft cord instead of lying flat and stiff. Pockets are stitched at the top corners so they never gape. None of it photographs, all of it is felt.
Runway dresses are photographed for an hour; this one was fitted for a whole day. We tested the block through a morning commute, a hot afternoon, a dinner that ran late. The bodice stays put without gripping, the skirt moves when you climb stairs, and the pockets hold a phone without dragging the hem sideways. The wash finished cloth softens further over the first five washes and then simply settles. It is a dress designed to be forgotten on the hanger and reached for every week, which is exactly what your customer will do.
Pure linen breathes beautifully and punishes the wearer with crease; pure viscose drapes beautifully and can read slippery and hot. The blend at this specific ratio takes the best of each: linen contributes airflow, texture and that quiet matte light, while viscose contributes fluid drape, a softer first touch and colours that wash deep. We tried six ratios and three finishing recipes before this one. On the body it feels cool in heat, never clings, and photographs with a depth that flat synthetics cannot fake. Your product pages will not need to explain anything; the hand does the explaining.
Cold wash, gentle cycle, line dry or low tumble. The wash finished cloth softens over the first few washes and then settles into its final hand. A warm iron lifts the drape if you like it crisp; a shake and a hang brings it back if you prefer it lived in. Our lab tests confirm the fit and colour hold after three home washes, and the report travels with the shipment.
The dress is graded from XS to XL on a panel of real bodies, with attention to the places wovens usually betray wearers: the armhole, the waist seam and the stride. Armholes are scooped enough to reach, the waist seam is true to the natural waist at every size, and the skirt sweep widens proportionally so the stride stays easy. If your customer base sits outside this range, our studio can extend the grade or adjust the block during sampling, and the pattern is then yours for every future drop.

A second skin seamless legging in nylon elastane, knitted in one piece with zoned compression that moves when you do.
One piece of engineering, knitted as a tube. The Seamless Legging maps compression where muscles need support and breathability where skin needs air, with a high rise waistband that stays put through every class, rep and school run. Squat proof, roll proof, fuss proof.
Activewear asked us to become engineers. Our client briefs kept demanding the same impossible list: hold you in, let you breathe, survive the washer, flatter everyone, cost a sane amount. Cut and sew leggings answer that list with seams, and seams answer back with chafe. So we invested in seamless circular knitting, where the garment is knitted into shape with different structures placed zone by zone, no side seams at all. The development took eighteen months and three knitting engineers. The first collection sold through before the second was scheduled.
A nylon elastane yarn package knitted on our seamless machines at a density tuned zone by zone: firmer ribs through the waist and seat, open breathable structures behind the knee, and a smooth mid leg that reads clean under studio light. The knit is inherently four way stretch, wicks moisture along the fibre, and dries fast. Yarn lots are tested for elastane content and recovery before knitting, because a legging that bags at the knee is a returned legging.
High rise, full length, with a bonded internal grip inside the waistband so it refuses to roll. The rise, the seam free leg and the graduated compression make it flattering without engineering tricks. We fit tested across XS to XL on squats, sprints and long flights; the waistband holds, the knees do not bag, the seat passes the squat test under bright light.
Each legging is knitted as a closed tube, then finished with flatlock edges and a bonded waistband grip. Dyeing uses certified processes with closed loop water treatment at our partner dye house. Every batch is measured for stretch recovery and opacity before it is approved, and final inspection runs under bright booths specifically to catch any see through risk lot by lot.
Your logo can be knitted directly into the waistband, applied as silicone transfer, or embroidered at the hip. Custom colourways are knitted to your pantone from 800 pieces. Our studio can also develop matching bras and shorts on the same machines, so your collection shares one fabric story from launch.
Every lot is tested for stretch and recovery, opacity under stretch, colourfastness to washing, perspiration and rubbing, pilling, and dimensional stability after repeated washes. Chlorine and sunscreen resistance testing is available for swim adjacent programs. Reports ship with your goods, unedited, as always.
Inside the waistband a fine silicone line grips the skin without stickiness. The flatlock edges are laid so they fall inside the silhouette. The gusset is knitted with a slightly denser structure for opacity where it counts. Even the care label is printed onto the fabric itself, so nothing dangles at the thigh. These are small decisions made once, then enforced forever.
Turn the legging inside out and you can read the engineering. A firmer rib runs through the waist and seat to lift and hold. Wider breathable channels open behind the knee where heat gathers. The mid leg knits smooth for a clean line under layers, and the ankle finishes with a soft grip so the hem never climbs in a squat. Every zone is programmed into the knitting machine, not sewn in later, which is why nothing digs, nothing chafes, and the whole garment behaves like one intelligent piece of cloth.
We prototyped this legging with instructors, runners and one honest dog walker, and the brief kept expanding. It passed the squat test under studio lights, the spin class humidity test, and the errands test that matters most to your customer: does it look like clothing. The high rise reads tailored with a hoodie or a shirt, the matte surface hides everything a matte surface should, and the recovery means the knees stay sculpted from morning class to midnight couch. Performance that passes as style is the entire activewear opportunity, and this is our answer.
Cold wash in a garment bag, skip the fabric softener, hang dry away from direct heat. Elastane is the soul and the vulnerability of stretch clothing, so we test recovery after fifty simulated wear cycles and publish honest expectations rather than pretending the garment is immortal. The result is a legging that outlasts its category average by a comfortable margin, with the reports to prove it.
A legging rarely sells alone, so the same machines, the same yarn story and the same waistband engineering extend to a matching longline bra, a short, and a bike length, all built on this seamless platform. Launch a capsule of three or four pieces that share one fit language, photograph like a family, and reorder on the same lead times. Our studio handles the development across styles so the rise, the compression map and the colour story stay identical from piece to piece, which is what makes a collection feel designed rather than assembled.
Minimums from 500 pieces per colour. Sampling in 14 to 21 working days because the knitting programs are built for you, and bulk runs 60 to 75 days after approval. Reserve your production window early for peak season. The order button above opens a prefilled email; our activewear desk replies within one working day.

The everyday 190 GSM organic cotton tee. Light, honest, certified.
The 190 Tee is the everyday shirt of the house. Lighter than our heavyweight flagship but built with the same care, cut from certified organic cotton that feels broken in from the first wear. It is the tee your customers buy three of: one to wear, one in the wash, one waiting.
Adélaïde has sensitive skin and a stubborn streak. When our clients asked for a lighter basic, she refused to reach for the scratchy openend cotton the market calls light. The answer was certified organic cotton, knitted tight enough to hold a shape at 190 grams, washed with soft processes so it arrives already gentle. Every step of its chain, from farm to floor, is documented, because a claim you cannot trace is just decoration.
190 grams per square metre of GOTS certified organic jersey, combed and ringspun, knitted on our own machines. Organic farming uses no synthetic pesticides and far less water per kilo of fibre, and the certified chain means every bale can be traced to its origin. The cloth is prewashed so shrinkage is settled before your customer ever meets it, and the surface is smooth enough for fine print work.
A touch slimmer through the body than the 240, with the same honest shoulder and a collar that behaves. It layers under shirts and shackets without bunching at the waist, which is exactly how a light tee gets worn. Graded on real bodies from XS to 3XL, with sleeve lengths that stay true across the range.
Cut on the same spreaders, sewn on the same lines, inspected at the same four gates as everything we make. Shoulder tape, double needle hems, matched side seams. The lighter cloth asks for gentler handling and slower speeds, and our operators give it that. Final AQL 2.5 inspection under light booths, reports shipped with the goods, unedited.
Fourteen stock colours, custom dye from 600 pieces, screen print and embroidery ready. Woven labels, care labels and hangtags applied in house. Recycled and FSC packaging available for the program. Minimums from 300 pieces per colour.
Every production lot is tested for shrinkage after three washes, twist, colourfastness to washing and rubbing, and pilling. Certified organic fibres are handled with certified processes at every stage of the chain, and the transaction certificates travel with your goods. If a number falls outside our own stricter limits, the lot does not ship, and you receive the report that says so.
Light tees betray cheap making faster than heavy ones, so we overbuilt the invisible parts. The shoulder seam is taped so the collar never waves. Hems are turned twice and stitched with a lighter hand, so the edge lies flat instead of rolling. The neckline rib is knitted a touch denser than the body, which is why it holds its shape after a year of washing. Even the printed care label is soft to the touch and placed low on the side seam, where it never itches. None of this photographs. All of it is why the shirt outlives its category.
The blank tee is the most merchandised garment on earth, which is exactly why a forgettable one is expensive. Buyers remember the tee that kept its collar, kept its colour and kept its shape, and they reorder the programme behind it. We built the 190 to be that tee for your label: the affordable entry point that behaves like a premium piece, so the first thing a new customer learns about your brand is that it over delivers on the basics. A blank with a point of view is a marketing channel you wear.
Softness is a chain of decisions, not a finishing spray. It starts with the fibre length we buy, continues through the combing that removes short staples, survives the dye house because reactive dyes on combed ringspun feel smoother than pigment on openend, and ends with a wash that relaxes the cloth instead of coating it. Every step happens inside our group or with partners we have audited for years, which is why the hand of the cloth is a constant, not a lottery. Your customer feels the chain the first night she sleeps in it.
Organic fibre asks for the same kindness as any fine cotton and rewards it with a longer life. Wash cool with like colours, skip the bleach drawer entirely, and tumble low or hang dry. The cloth is prewashed before cutting, so the fit your customer measures on day one is the fit they keep. Our lab confirms it with every dye lot: three wash cycles, measured shrinkage, twist and colourfastness, with the numbers attached to your inspection report unedited.
Fourteen stocked colours are matched to the same standard every dye run, checked under controlled light before anything is cut, and the lab dips live on file so a reorder in month eighteen matches your launch run exactly. Custom shades open at 600 pieces with a lab dip and a strike off before bulk is scheduled. A colour that drifts is a colour we do not ship, whatever the calendar says, because your brand palette is a promise your customers can see from across a room.
Grading on a light tee is unforgiving: half a centimetre too narrow and a 3XL becomes a different garment. Every size from XS to 3XL was fitted on real bodies, with shoulders that step down cleanly, sleeves that shorten without losing their sweep, and body lengths tuned so the hem sits right at every size. One tee that fits your whole customer list means simpler buying for you, fewer exchanges for everyone, and a size chart you never have to apologise for.
Your order is cut, sewn, inspected and packed inside our own walls, then consolidated at our Bandung warehouse and booked onward by sea, air or express courier with documents we prepare for you. You receive photo reports at the cut table, at first output and at halfway, so you approve progress without boarding a plane. Reorders of an approved style move faster because the pattern, the bill of materials and the costing are already on file, waiting for your email.

The 400 Hoodie's full zip sibling in 380 GSM brushed fleece with a metal zipper.
The 400 Hoodie's full zip sibling. Same dense, brushed hand at 380 grams, with a metal zipper, a taller collar and a cut made for layering. It is the piece your community wears open over a tee in autumn and zipped to the chin in winter.
Clients kept asking for the 400 with a zipper, and we kept saying the zipper changes everything: weight, balance, construction. So we built it properly rather than cheating a pullover into a jacket. The front is redrafted, the pockets are repositioned for hands in motion, and the collar stands on its own so the zip never meets your chin with hardware. A year of prototypes went into a garment that looks simple and wears like equipment.
380 GSM brushed cotton rich fleece with recycled polyester in the blend for strength and shape retention. Brushed inside for loft, washed to relax the hand and preshrink the cloth. The fabric holds heavy embroidery across the chest and back without puckering, and the zipper tape is dyed to match each colourway so the front reads clean.
Relaxed through the body with a slightly longer front hem so it sits straight when open. The metal zip runs smooth and carries custom pullers from 600 pieces, stamped with your mark. Cuffs and hem use our heavy ribbing, and the hood is two panel with a lined interior. Every zip is tested through fifty full cycles before the style is approved for bulk.
Zip insertion is done on dedicated machines by operators who specialize in front closures, because a wavy zip ruins an otherwise perfect hoodie. Bar tacked stress points, taped back neck, flatlock hood seam. Operators on this line average nearly a decade of experience. You can feel it in the evenness of the placket.
Embroidery left chest, full back prints, patches and chenille all sit beautifully on this cloth. Twelve stock colours, custom dye from 600, minimums from 300 pieces. Woven labels, care labels and hangtags applied in house. Recycled and FSC packaging available for the program.
Lots are tested for shrinkage, pilling, colourfastness and zip endurance, and the reports ship to you unedited with every carton. Zip failure is a specific test: fifty full cycles per sample, plus a destructive pull test at the extremes. A hoodie with a stuttering zip never leaves the building.
The zipper tape is woven to match each colourway, so the front reads as one uninterrupted block of colour. Zip garages protect the chin at the top of the placket. Pocket bags are cut on the grain so they never sag into pouches, and the inner cuffs carry a soft brushed finish against the wrist. Inside the neck you will find a clean taped back, ready for your woven label. None of it photographs. Every bit of it is why this hoodie still feels considered in its third winter.
This is the hoodie that streetwear labels, bands, festivals and university programmes keep coming back for. The flat front panel takes embroidery and chenille patches beautifully, the back carries a large print without fighting the loop structure, and sleeve hits stay clean because the rib is stable at the cuff. We digitise your artwork, strike off the decoration on the actual cloth, and photograph the result for your approval before a single bulk piece is cut. A drop is a promise to a community. We build hoodies that keep it.
We could have saved on the zip. Nobody photographs a zipper, and most buyers never spec one. But a zip that snags in month two undoes a year of brand building, so we chose a moulded tooth with a smooth glide and a self lubricating tape, matched in colour to every shade we stock. Pull it a thousand times in our sampling room, as we did during development, and it feels the same on the thousandth as the first. Details nobody asks about are the ones nobody forgets.
A zip hoodie lives a double life: outermost on mild days, midlayer under a coat in deep winter. We drafted this one to do both. The body is trimmed fractionally compared with the pullover so it slides under outerwear without bunching at the chest, the collar is cut taller so it stands when zipped, and the front hem is dropped a touch so the layer beneath never peeks out at the waist. Try it over a 240 Tee and you will feel the system work.
Wash inside out, warm rather than hot, and retire it from the dryer while the cuffs are still slightly damp, then hang. The cloth was washed and relaxed before cutting, so the hoodie your customer measures on arrival is the hoodie they keep. Our lab runs every lot through three wash cycles for shrinkage, pilling and twist, and the reports ship with your cartons unedited, because a number that falls outside our own stricter limits stops the shipment, not the story.
Twelve stocked shades are matched to the same reference every dye run, verified under controlled light, with lab dips archived so a restock matches the drop that made your brand famous. Custom colourways open at 600 pieces with approvals before bulk. Fleece shows shade drift more than jersey does, which is exactly why we guard it: a hoodie programme lives for years, and year three must look like day one or your customers will notice before you do.
Minimums from 300 pieces per colour. Samples in 10 to 14 working days, bulk 45 to 60 days after approval. The order button opens a prefilled email and our fleece desk replies within one working day with costing, a sample plan and a date.

A 340 GSM loopback crewneck sweatshirt with a clean drape and vintage soul.
A 340 GSM loopback crewneck with vintage soul and modern discipline. Loopback is the original sweatshirt build, the one that breathes, softens with every wash and never goes flat. This is the piece for brands whose aesthetic leans quiet, heavy and permanent.
Brushed fleece gets all the attention, but the crews our team actually wear on cool mornings are loopback. We built this one for the wardrobe gap between tee and hoodie: warm without weight, structured without stiffness. The pattern went through nine fittings to find a body that drapes clean over a shirt and still looks right on its own.
Loopback knits the yarn in loops on the inside instead of brushing it, which leaves the cloth breathable, sturdy and famously slow to age. Ours is cotton rich at 340 grams, knitted densely so it holds shape at the shoulder, then washed for softness and preshrink stability. It drinks ink for vintage style prints and carries tonal embroidery beautifully.
A classic silhouette with a set in sleeve, ribbed collar, cuffs and hem in 1x1 that grips for years. The body is straight without being boxy, long enough to layer, short enough to wear alone. Graded XS to 3XL on real bodies, because a crewneck lives or dies at the shoulder.
Sewn on our fleece lines with taped shoulders and even rib tension, because rippling ribbing is the first sign of a factory in a hurry. Every operator has years at their station, and it shows in the evenness of the flat seams. The V inset at the collar is applied by hand, the way old factory work was done.
Tonal chest embroidery, sleeve prints, woven labels in the neck, custom colours from 600 pieces. Minimums from 300 per colour. Woven labels, care labels and hangtags applied in house. Recycled and FSC packaging available for the program.
Tested for shrinkage after three washes, pilling, colourfastness to wash, rub and light, and twist, with reports attached to your shipment unedited. Loopback gets two tests, one on the brushed face and one on the unbrushed inside, because both are what your customer will feel.
The V inset at the collar is not decoration; it is the old factory solution to stress at the neck, and we kept it because it works. Side seams are matched so the pattern reads straight, cuffs are knitted to a tolerance that grips without biting, and the shoulder seams are taped so the silhouette survives hangers and washing machines alike. Inside, a clean taped back neck waits for your woven label. Quiet decisions, made once, holding for years.
Some of our favourite orders never appear on a rail. Cafes put a crest on the chest. Studios issue them to staff. Schools print reunion years across the back. The 340 is engineered for exactly this afterlife: a flat front for crisp decoration, a colour range that flatters logos rather than competing with them, and a fit that looks intentional on every body from the smallest to the largest. If you are building a uniform people choose to keep wearing on their day off, you have found it.
Heavy sweatshirts usually arrive with a season attached: too hot indoors, too stiff for spring, condemned to a drawer by April. The loopback structure changes the equation. The knit traps air for warmth but breathes through the unbrushed face, so the 340 reads as a substantial piece on the hanger and behaves like a midlayer on the body. Your customers extend the season; your store keeps selling it through the shoulder months instead of warehousing it until autumn.
Brushed fleece is born soft and slowly flattens; loopback is born structured and slowly softens, which is the direction you want time to travel. The unbrushed interior traps air without lint, so the sweatshirt breathes on the move and warms at rest. After twenty washes a loopback crew looks less like a product and more like a possession, and that transition is exactly what your customers mean when they say a piece has soul.
Machine wash cool, inside out with like colours, and hang dry if you can; the cloth rebounds with a shake. Skip the softener, which coats the loops and dulls the hand the cloth is famous for. Our lab runs three wash cycles on every lot and measures shrinkage, pilling and colour on both faces, because loopback has two personalities and we hold both to the same standard.
A crewneck is judged at the shoulder, so that is where our grading begins. XS to 3XL were fitted on real bodies, with the drop of the shoulder stepping in proportion, rib tension adjusted per size so cuffs never strangle forearms, and body length kept honest across the range. The result is one sweatshirt that fits the top and the bottom of your size chart with the same calm, which is rarer than it should be and worth every fitting session it took.
Minimums from 300 per colour, samples in 10 to 14 working days, bulk 45 to 60 days after approval. Order by email and a product manager replies within one working day with costing and a date.

A relaxed camp collar shirt in fluid Tencel twill, sage and sea ready.
A relaxed camp collar shirt in fluid Tencel twill. It moves like a shirt that has already been on holiday: soft, cool, quietly lustrous. For resort collections, summer capsules and any brand selling the feeling of late afternoon.
Camp collars are everywhere; good ones are rare. Most collapse after an hour because the cloth is too light to hold the roll. We built this one on a 130 gram Tencel twill with enough body to keep the collar's shape, and the open neck line sits exactly where Adélaïde pinned it after a day of fittings in the Bandung heat.
Tencel is made from wood pulp in a closed loop process that recovers most of its solvents, which makes it one of the most responsible fibres in regular use. The twill weave gives it a soft sheen and a fluid drape that resists wrinkling far better than flat weaves. Cool to the touch, gentle on skin, and it takes deep saturated colour.
Boxy but not shapeless: a straight body, a true camp collar that rolls, a chest pocket placed for proportion rather than habit, and a hem that sits right worn tucked or loose. XS to XL, graded on real bodies, with sleeve endings tuned so the elbow reads clean when rolled.
Cut on our wovens lines by specialists, with French seams where the cloth asks for them and a hand finished collar that flips and rolls the way it should. Each shirt is pressed with steam by hand before it is folded, the last human touch before the carton. Buttons are cross locked so they never unwind.
Engineered prints, embroidered chest marks, custom colourways from 600 pieces and woven labels in the collar. Minimums from 300 per colour. Our digital printing room works directly from your artwork at any scale, so a photographic landscape can run uninterrupted across the full body length of every size.
Tested for shrinkage, colourfastness to wash, rub, perspiration and light, and seam slippage, with lab reports shipped unedited. Tencel takes colour deeply but subtly, so we test under multiple light sources: daylight, warm bulb, cool bulb. Your customer will see your print in all three.
The collar is hand finished so it rolls instead of folding, a small craft that machines still get wrong. Buttons are cross locked so they never unwind, the chest pocket is placed by proportion rather than habit, and the side seams are French finished where the cloth asks for it. Inside the placket you will find a clean interfaced facing that keeps the front reading sharp. Summer shirts are looked at closely in good light. This one enjoys it.
The camp collar is the hardest simple thing in shirting. Too flat and it looks like pyjamas; too stiff and it reads corporate. Ours is cut with a slight roll built into the stand and finished by hand so the open V falls into a soft wave that frames the chest instead of collapsing against it. Worn open over a tee it is resort casual; buttoned to the second button with tailored trousers it passes for smart. One shirt, two temperatures of formality, and your photography will show both.
Tencel takes engineered prints like few fibres can: deep, saturated colour with a soft hand, no plastic face, no stiffness at the panel seams. Our digital printing room works directly from your artwork at any scale, so a photographic landscape can run uninterrupted across the full body length of every size, matched piece to piece. We proof on the production cloth, colour manage under controlled light, and archive the files so season two prints identically. If your brand speaks in images, this shirt speaks fluently.
We tested this shirt the way it will actually be used: folded into a weekender, worn off a night train, laundered in a hotel sink. The twill sheds creases as it dries on the body, the colour survives repeated washing without fading toward nothing, and the collar remembers its roll. It is the shirt for a carry on life, which is precisely the promise your resort and summer customers are buying when they choose it off the rail.
Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle, hang or lay flat to dry, and press warm if you enjoy a crease; otherwise the drape resets itself in minutes of wear. The closed loop process behind the fibre is matched by a finishing routine that avoids harsh chemistry, so the hand stays soft without coatings that wash away. Our lab tests every colour lot for wash, rub, perspiration and light fastness, and the results ship with your goods unedited.
Relaxed cuts drift into shapelessness unless the grading is held firmly, so every size from XS to XL was fitted on real bodies. The shoulder drops in proportion, the sleeve ends where the elbow bend begins so a roll stays rolled, and the body length was tuned so the shirt sits tucked or loose without swinging. One shirt that behaves across the range keeps your size chart honest and your returns folder thin.
Minimums from 300 per colour, samples in 10 to 14 working days, bulk 45 to 60 days after approval. Order through the button above and our wovens desk replies within one working day.

A longline ribbed performance bra with a bonded underband that does not budge.
A longline ribbed performance bra with a bonded underband that stays exactly where you put it. Medium support for training, yoga and everything between, designed as the natural companion to our Seamless Legging so your collection speaks one language.
After the legging launched, our clients asked for the top half. Rather than import a generic bra, we engineered one on the same fit model panel, with the same waistband engineering moved up to the underband. Months of wear testing with instructors and runners shaped a piece that holds without compressing the breath out of you.
A ribbed nylon elastane performance knit with four way stretch, moisture wicking along the fibre and a matte finish that photographs beautifully. The ribs run vertical through the body for subtle structure, and the band is bonded rather than sewn, so nothing digs between shoulder blades. Removable pads come in two densities.
Longline to the natural waist, which flatters and stays put through inversions and sprints alike. Wide straps spread load across the shoulders, the neckline sits high enough for real life, and XS to XL are graded on the same panel as the legging so sets match size for size.
Bonded seams, flatlock edges and a labelled interior, sewn on our activewear lines. Every batch is measured for stretch recovery and opacity before approval, and final inspection runs under bright booths specifically to catch any see through risk lot by lot.
Your logo can be knitted into the band, applied as silicone transfer or embroidered at the hip. Custom colours from 800 pieces. Minimums from 500 per colour. Woven labels and printed care labels applied in house.
Every lot is tested for stretch recovery, opacity under stretch, colourfastness to wash, perspiration and rubbing, and dimensional stability after repeated laundering. Chlorine and sunscreen resistance testing is available for swim adjacent programs. Reports ship with your goods, unedited.
Inside the underband a fine silicone line grips skin without stickiness. The flatlock edge is laid so it disappears under clothing. The removable pads sit in a mesh sleeve, so they can be swapped without poking through. Even the care label is printed onto the fabric itself, so nothing scratches between the shoulder blades. Small decisions, made once, enforced forever.
The first test we run on every seamless lot is the one customers care about most: the squat test, performed under studio bright light on the palest colours we ship. No show through, no see through, no exceptions. A sports bra that fails this test fails everything else, however clever the knit, so we hold the standard at the dye stage, at the finishing stage and again at final inspection. When your customer bends into her deepest pose, she should be thinking about her breath, not her coverage. That confidence is what she is really buying.
The performance is knitted in, not sprayed on. The yarn itself carries moisture off the skin through capillary channels, so wicking does not wash out with the softener because there is no finish to lose. Targeted compression zones are mapped into the knit structure, denser where support matters, airier where the ribs expand. Four way stretch returns to shape because the elastane content is engineered per zone rather than dosed uniformly. It is textile engineering, and it is the reason the bra performs on day three hundred as it did on day one.
A studio is an honest place: lights are bright, mirrors are everywhere and nothing hides. We fitted this bra through squats, burpees, box jumps and long holds, then washed the prototypes fifty times and fitted them again. The band does not ride, the straps do not dig, the ribbing flexes with breath instead of fighting it. Your customer should forget she is wearing equipment until the last rep, and that is the standard every production lot is measured against.
Cold wash in a garment bag, never with fabric softener, which clogs the wicking channels in the yarn, and hang dry away from direct heat. Elastane is the soul and the vulnerability of stretch clothing, so we publish honest expectations and test beyond them: stretch recovery after fifty simulated wear cycles, dimensional stability after repeated laundering, opacity under stretch under bright light. The test report reaches you with the shipment, unedited.
A bra sells twice as well next to its legging, so this piece was engineered as a family from day one: the same fit model panel, the same compression philosophy, the same waistband mathematics moved north to the underband. Launch a set and the photographs do the selling; extend later with a short and a bike length on the same platform, and the collection grows without ever breaking the fit language your customers already trust.
Support garments forgive nothing in grading, so XS to XL were fitted on a panel of real athletes, with strap angles adjusted per size, band tension recalibrated at each step, and rib stretch verified on the smallest and largest body in the room. The goal is a bra that gives the same embrace at every size, because a customer who finds her size once should never have to think about it again when the collection grows.
Knitting programmes are written for you, dyeing happens under certified closed loop conditions, and finishing, bonding, inspection and packing happen in our own bays before consolidation at our Bandung warehouse. Photo reports land at knitting, at dye lot approval and at first output. Reserve peak season windows early, because seamless capacity is booked in machine weeks, and returning partners get first call on the calendar.
Minimums from 500 per colour, samples in 14 to 21 working days, bulk 60 to 75 days after approval. Order by email and the activewear desk replies within one working day.

A featherweight windbreaker in recycled ripstop, packable and weather honest.
A featherweight windbreaker in recycled ripstop with a water repellent finish, cut long enough to cover and light enough to forget. It packs into its own pocket, springs back without creases, and turns weather into a reason to wear your label.
Packable jackets usually fail at the seams: taping lifts, zips stutter, the membrane crinkles like a sweet wrapper. We spent two seasons solving those three failures, and the result passes our own rain room, our own crinkle test and, most importantly, the test of people who actually wear one every day and forget it is there until the sky opens.
Recycled polyester ripstop, given its grid so a snag stops instead of spreading, with a durable water repellent finish free of restricted chemistries. The hand is soft for a technical cloth, and the colour range runs earthy rather than neon, so it layers into a real wardrobe instead of a costume.
A relaxed body with a drop tail hem, elasticated cuffs and a hood that rolls into the collar. It is sized to layer over a hoodie without turning into a tent, XS to XL, with sleeve articulation tested on bikes and in cars, because windbreakers live active lives.
Fully taped seams, water resistant zips, bonded storm flap. Every lot is tested for water repellency spray rating, hydrostatic head, seam tape adhesion, colourfastness and zip cycle endurance at accredited labs, and the reports ship with your cartons unedited.
Chest and back prints, embroidered marks, custom colourways from 800 pieces and woven labels at the pocket. Minimums from 500 per colour. Woven labels, care labels and hangtags applied in house. Recycled and FSC packaging available for the program.
Every production lot passes a rain room test: sustained spray at pressure, then a hose pass at the seams, then thirty minutes of hang time to see where water finds a way in. Water repellency is a promise that fades with wear, so we also test after washing, and the numbers are in your report.
The hood rolls into the collar with a simple fold so it never flaps loose. The zipper has a garage at the top so it never meets the chin. Pockets are lined in a soft mesh to protect phones. The hem cord locks sit at the hips where the fingers naturally find them. Small decisions, made once, felt every wear.
The polyester in this shell begins as collected plastic bottles, sorted, cleaned and melted into chips, then extruded into filament that is spun, woven and finished exactly like virgin cloth, with the same tear strength and the same dye affinity. The chain is certified under the Global Recycled Standard, so every claim on your hangtag can be traced through transaction certificates from bottle to box. Sustainability that cannot be audited is marketing. Ours arrives with paperwork, which is increasingly what your buyers and your customers both ask for first.
The windbreaker has quietly become the most worn jacket in any wardrobe, precisely because it solves the days no forecast can. This one was tuned for those in between months: light enough to forget you packed it, sealed enough to trust when the sky turns, cut to flatter over a hoodie without swallowing the outfit. Sell it in spring and it keeps selling through autumn, on every continent, which makes it one of the most efficient styles a growing label can add to a line sheet.
We built a rain room test that would embarrass most jackets: sustained spray at pressure, then a hose pass at the seams, then thirty minutes of hang time to see where water finds a way in. The taped seams hold, the storm flap does its quiet work, and the spray rating comes back at the top of the scale, lot after lot. Water repellency is a promise that fades with wear, so we also test after washing, and the numbers are in your report.
The jacket folds into its own pocket in under a minute and emerges without the crease memory that plagues cheaper shells, a property of the ripstop weave and the finishing recipe rather than luck. It lives in a backpack side pocket, a glove box or a carry on, which is exactly where a windbreaker earns its keep. Your customer will buy it for one trip and keep reaching for it on mornings the forecast cannot decide.
Wash cool with a technical cleaner when possible, skip the softener, which flattens the repellent finish, and tumble warm briefly to reactivate it. When the finish finally tires, a home heat treatment or a reproofing wash brings it back from the dead, and we say so on the care page rather than pretending otherwise. Honest care instructions make returns rarer and reviews kinder, which is a strategy, not a courtesy.
Outerwear is graded for what goes underneath, so every size from XS to XL was fitted over a midweight hoodie, not over bare skin. Sleeve articulation was tested on bikes and in cars, the drop tail hem was lengthened through the fitting rounds, and the hood was cut to crown over a cap. The result layers without becoming a tent, which is the difference between a jacket that is worn and one that is tolerated.
Cutting, taping, bonding and seam sealing happen in our technical bays, followed by inspection, packing and consolidation at our Bandung warehouse with full documentation for your customs broker. Photo reports land at the cutting table, at first output and at halfway, and lot testing covers repellency, hydrostatic head, tape adhesion and zip endurance. Reorders of approved colourways keep your pattern, trims and costing on file, one email from the floor.
Minimums from 500 per colour, samples in 14 to 21 working days, bulk 60 to 75 days after approval. The order button opens a prefilled email to our technical desk, and a product manager replies within one working day.
