01 · Consult & Quote

Every order begins with a conversation.

Send a sketch, a tech pack, a sample from another factory, or one sentence of ambition. A product manager reads it the same working day and replies with honest answers: what it will cost, how fast it can move, and what the minimums really are. No forms that vanish into a portal. A person, with a name, answers.

  • Reply within one working day, on every serious enquiry, in plain language.
  • Honest minimums from the start: 300 pieces for house styles, 500 for activewear.
  • A written FOB Bandung quote within three working days, with every assumption listed.
  • NDA on request before you share a single drawing. Your ideas stay yours.

02 · Design & Development

Your idea becomes a garment on paper first.

Our studio turns the conversation into engineering: pattern draft, silhouette options, fabric shortlists and a full tech pack authored by the engineers who will run your production. We prototype silhouettes in 3D before cutting cloth, which cuts development rounds by more than half and saves weeks of freight back and forth.

  • 3D virtual sampling on CLO3D approves fit and proportion in days, not weeks.
  • Tech packs written in house, so nothing is lost in translation to the floor.
  • Graded size sets fitted on real bodies across XS to 3XL before bulk is planned.
  • Costing engineered with you: the garment is designed to hit your price point.
03 · Fabric & Trims

Cloth chosen like a calling card.

Fabric is the first thing a customer's hand finds, so we source it like it matters. Our Cimahi mill spins and finishes core knits; audited partners supply wovens, linen, Tencel and recycled performance cloth from 160 to 320 GSM. Lab dips are archived, mill documents stay on file, and every lot is tested before it is allowed near your order.

  • Every colour approved by lab dip and strike off before bulk dyeing is booked.
  • Shrinkage, twist and colourfastness tested on every lot, with numbers you can read.
  • Organic, recycled and Oeko Tex aligned options across the catalogue.
  • Trims developed in house: woven labels, hangtags, packaging, custom zips and drawcords.

04 · Sampling

Hold your garment before you commit.

Proto, fit, refinement, then the golden sample you sign off. Sampling takes 7 to 21 working days depending on the style, and everything is couriered to your door with a fit report you can actually follow. You test, wear, wash and stretch it. We adjust until it is right. Only your signature releases bulk fabric onto the cutting table.

  • First proto in 7 to 10 working days on most styles.
  • Fit sessions on live models, photographed, with measurements recorded per size.
  • Refinement rounds until the golden sample is right, priced transparently.
  • The approved sample is the contract: bulk must match it, piece for piece.
05 · Production

Two thousand hands, one rhythm.

Your bulk runs on lean lines inside our own walls: cutting, sewing, embroidery and printing under one roof, 450,000 pieces a month. A named line owner answers for your style every hour of every shift. You receive photo reports at the cut table, at first output and at halfway, so you watch your order grow without boarding a plane.

  • Inline checks at every gate; nothing waits until the end to be found wrong.
  • Embroidery, screen print, heat transfer and relabelling done in house.
  • Photo reports at cut, first output and halfway, straight to your inbox.
  • Schedule is a contract: 98% of orders ship on the confirmed date.

06 · Quality Assurance

Inspected like it bears our own name.

Every order passes a final AQL 2.5 inspection before a carton is sealed: measurements, stitch density, colour under controlled light, function of every zip and button. The lab runs shrinkage, twist and colourfastness on kept samples. Needles are policed by count and metal detection, and the full report ships with your goods, unedited, whatever it says.

  • AQL 2.5 final inspection on every order, third party welcome on request.
  • Lab tested shrinkage, pilling, twist and colourfastness, lot by lot.
  • Needle control policy with metal detection at packing for childrenswear lines.
  • Reports unedited. A number outside our limits stops the shipment, not the story.
07 · Packing & Export

From our floor to your shelf.

Pressing, folding, polybagging and carton marking happen in our finishing bay; documents, labels and packing lists are prepared for your customs broker. Consolidation happens at our Bandung warehouse, then onward by sea, air or express courier through Jakarta. You get the bill of lading, the inspection report and a tracking plan before the truck leaves.

  • FOB Bandung as standard; door to door arrangements on request.
  • Retail ready packing, barcodes and carton marks done to your manual.
  • Sea, air and courier options compared honestly, by cost and by date.
  • Reorders of approved styles move fast: everything is already on file.
