Send us your tech packs and consider the job handled. Our engineers interrogate every sheet before a blade moves, so the sample you approve is the bulk you receive. Fabric sourcing, pattern grading, marker making, bulk cut and sew, trimming, pressing and packing run on lean lines with a named owner for every stage.
- Tech pack review within one working day, with costing questions resolved before they can cost you.

Come with a mood board, a market gap, or one sentence of ambition. Our in house studio answers with developed styles: fabric research, silhouette engineering, colour ways and full tech packs authored by the people who will run your production. You keep the credit. We keep the process honest.

- 3D prototyping on CLO3D, so you approve silhouettes in days and save sample rounds and freight.
- Tech packs written by our own engineers, which means nothing is lost in translation to the floor.

Premium foundations for your label.
The same cloths, construction and finishing we give the biggest houses, with your name inside the collar. Start with low minimums and stock programs, then scale into fully custom production when your orders outgrow the shelf. Print shops, merch companies and new brands all begin here.

- Custom trims, woven labels, heat transfers and packaging from 500 pieces upward.

Sampling is where trust is won or lost, so we built it like a studio and run it like a deadline. Physical prototypes in seven to ten working days. Virtual samples in 48 hours. Every iteration arrives annotated, measured, photographed and priced, with a costing that holds when the bulk order comes.

- 3D digital samples in 48 hours for early silhouette decisions, cutting a full sample round.
- Straight to grading once the golden sample sings, with size set proof before bulk.

Four gates. No exceptions.
Quality at K&W is a chain of custody, not a final glance. Every roll of fabric is graded before it may enter the cutting room. Every operator inspects the piece before it leaves their hands. Our inline auditors check statistical samples mid sewing, and the final AQL 2.5 inspection happens under light booths, with reports sent to you unedited.
- Four point fabric inspection at the door. Flawed cloth never becomes your product.
- Inline AQL 2.5 during sewing and final AQL 2.5 before packing, on every order, every time.
- Accredited lab tests for shrinkage, twist, colourfastness, azo and phthalates to EU and US standards.
- Every carton traces to its line, its operator and its fabric roll. Accountability to the stitch.

Six lean lines run across our Lembang and Cimahi facilities, shipping about 450,000 finished pieces every month.
